MARKETING INTERN
The Marketing Intern role is ideal for a current student looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Our marketing team’s primary focus is proposal development for private, commercial, and federal market sectors with additional responsibilities that include website maintenance, social media support, and general marketing tasks. As a Marketing Intern, you will work under the direction of a Senior Marketer, support the Marketing team, and collaborate with internal departments. You will gain exposure to real-world marketing operations while contributing meaningfully to Ross Group’s growth.
In this role you will:
- Help assemble and update marketing collateral such as brochures, capability statements, and project case studies.
- Proofread proposal content for tone, grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Support website content reviews and basic updates.
- Assist with social media scheduling, content gathering, and monitoring.
- Gather, organize, and maintain accurate project and company information within the content library and CRM database.
- Provide administrative support such as printing, formatting, and organizing proposal materials.
- Work efficiently under deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
- Support general marketing tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
- Have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Are detail oriented with solid grammar and mechanics.
- Communicate effectively with team members and are comfortable asking questions.
- Are collaborative, organized, and willing to learn.
- Have basic proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Possess photography and or videography skills or an interest in developing them.
- Have an eye for visual layout and professional document design.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign programs or a willingness to learn.
- Can work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- Are curious about improving processes and using technology to streamline workflows.
