APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Carpathia Management, LLC, your primary responsibilities include the overall maintenance of several small apartment properties.
In this role you will:
- Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
- Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
- Make sure all unoccupied units are move-in ready.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
As the ideal candidate you have …
- A High School Diploma or GED Required.
- HVAC Certification required.
- A valid driver’s license.

- Must be willing to travel 50+ miles outside of Tulsa and have reliable transportation.

- Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other commonly used business-related items.
- Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Stand, climb, bend, and stoop on a regular, daily basis.
- Use hands and arms to handle, install, position, and move materials and manipulate items when needed.
- Use visual and auditory skills.
