APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Carpathia Management, LLC, your primary responsibilities include the overall maintenance of several small apartment properties.

In this role you will:

Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
Make sure all unoccupied units are move-in ready.
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping.
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance.

As the ideal candidate you have …

A High School Diploma or GED Required.
HVAC Certification required.
A valid driver’s license.

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.

Ability to communicate effectively and positively with internal teams and external partners.
The ability to work independently and/or collaboratively on assignments.
Must be willing to travel 50+ miles outside of Tulsa and have reliable transportation.

Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other commonly used business-related items.
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs when necessary.
Stand, climb, bend, and stoop on a regular, daily basis.
Use hands and arms to handle, install, position, and move materials and manipulate items when needed.
Use visual and auditory skills.
